Keeley Hawes (born in England) is an English actor and producer best known for the TV series Line of Duty. She was also nominated for BAFTA Awards for her performance in the series Bodyguard as well as Mrs Wilson. They have praised her for her performance as a character in The Durrells and It's a Sin and The Missing. Her first fame was in The BBC television drama Tipping the Velvet. Later she appeared in the spy-themed drama Spooks as well as in the crime fantasy Ashes to Ashes. Hawes first film appearance was on the screen in Avengers in 1998. Since her debut, she's appeared in movies like Death at a Funeral Misbehaviour, and To Olivia. She has also portrayed Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider series of video games (seven versions). She joined the executive producers of the TV series Finding Alice and Honour in 2020-2021. In addition to her work in television and film, she also has experience working in the theater.
