Chando is currently residing within New York City. Chando attended Manhattan College before becoming an actor. Chando played the character Maddie Coleman in the TV soap drama As The World Turns from 2005-2007 and, for a short period starting late 2009, she reprised the role. Her acting debut came in House Blend, the TV show House Blend, where she appeared as Jenna Harper. As the World Turns was the American television soap opera that CBS broadcast over three years. Maddie Coleman played the part of Jenna Harper. Chando was also cast in the lead actress in a documentary TV series in the United States, True life, and was also in Sherri. In addition, she appeared in two episodes of the American comedy-drama television show Glory Daze as Annabelle. Also, she was in Castle, Hindsight and Dead People.
